As you can see, peaches contain a little phosphorus, acidic content, but a lot of sugar.
This means that some species of hamster can eat peach but others can’t
Syrian’s and Roborovski dwarf hamsters
These guys can eat peaches in small amounts in moderation. The high sugar content means that they can’t eat it often but a few small pieces that they can hold in their paws won’t harm them.
Just make sure the pit is stripped away.
They can’t eat canned peaches or any peaches that have additives.
Winter white dwarf’s, Chinese, and Russian Campbell dwarf hamsters
These guys can’t eat peaches. The sugar content is harmful for them as they are all prone to diabetes. If you want to find out more foods for your hamster, you can read “Hamster diet chart“
